Shipping Options

Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 1-2 working days after despatch and a signature is usually required for delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

All orders placed with Diva Natural Hair are final and non-refundable. We will accept exchanges for a period of up to 14 days after purchase, although all items to be exchanged must be unopened and unused. Shipping and postal charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 7 days of placing an order will be accepted, but may incur an administration fee.

Card Payments

Payment is to be made by either a debit or credit card. Diva Natural Hair is a secure website.

Damaged items

Postal Damages. Do not accept visibly damaged items. If an item is found to be damaged it must be reported to us and the postal service within 48 hours.

Changes/Disputes

Please take time to carefully review your final order which will be sent to you by email. If any mistakes are noticeable or if you wish to change any details, please contact us immediately. Do not attempt to reorder.
